Counseling
Mindful Ecotherapy is an evidence-based therapy approach, incorporating the techniques and skills of Mindfulness in an outdoor setting. Mindful Ecotherapy also uses the techniques of Marriage and Family Therapy to create a Solution-Focused method of dealing with problems.
The Mindful Ecotherapy Organization offers individual, group, and family counseling in Mindful Ecotherapy. Counseling is usually conducted outdoors, weather permitting, and meeting places are chosen to be convenient to our clients. We have used locations such as Hatcher Garden, the Lawson's Fork Creek Trail, and Pearson's Falls in the past for therapeutic activities
.
If you are interested in individual or family counseling, please contact us at
